- Q. Can you do anything with the price?
- A. Price is always negotiable. However, we don’t always expect to be the cheapest, but we do expect to offer the best value for money.
Q. How quickly can you get an estimate to me?
- A. As fast as you like - your dedicated customer services contact will work to your timescales.
Q. Are you able to pick up/drop off the files/proofs?
- A. No problem. We offer this service in-house and through a third party.
Q. Can you produce a dummy?
- A. Yes, we have excellent relationships with our suppliers.
Q. Could I press pass this job?
- A. Absolutely. In fact, we actively encourage you to visit our factory to see our capabilities first-hand.
Q. Can you manage the project from disc to distribution?
- A. Yes. All you have to do is ask.

- A. We are ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14001:2004, FSC and PEFC certified.

Technical
- Q. If I give you a disc at 5pm today can I get proofs first thing in the morning?
- A. Yes. Our pre-press department works 24/7. Proofs can be output overnight and available first thing in the morning.
Q. Can you cope with the timescale?
- A. Yes, we have 3 B1 format printing presses, which run 24/7. We also have comprehensive finishing capabilities in-house.
Q. I know I’ve delivered the files late, but can you still meet the original deadline?
- A. Yes, in the vast majority of cases we can.
Q. Are these proofs good for colour?
- A. Absolutely. Our contract proofs are calibrated to our presses.
Q. What is your maximum sheet size?
- A. Our maximum sheet size on all presses is B1, which is 720 x 1020mm.
Q. What is your print capacity?
- A. We can produce upwards of 46 million A4 printed sheets every week, courtesy of our 12, 6 and 5 colour B1 printing presses.
Q. What kind of files can you take?
- A. We can work with every standard publishing format, including print-ready PDFs
Q. What is the minimum and maximum thickness of material you can print on?
- A. From 80 gsm up to 1 mm thick card.
Q. What type of inks do you use?
- A. We use vegetable oil inks that come from a renewable resource.
Q. Why do you seal matt coated papers ?
- A. We tend to seal or coat all matt coated papers to avoid marking and ink rub off - it also helps the sheet through folding and finishing operations.
Q. Can I laminate my job?
- A. All the inks we use are lamination and UV proof.
